UCLA Santa Monica Replacement Hospital, Santa Monica, California
Project consisting of the construction of a new building and a remodel of an existing hospital that requiring existing hospital to be 100% operational during project implementation. The medium voltage power for the new construction portions of the Hospital were integrated from the existing central plant.
USC Ronald Tutor Campus Center
The USC Ronald Tutor Campus Center is a 4 story, 193,539 sq ft. project, located at the heart of the University Park campus, between the Gwynn Wilson Student Union and the Trojan Bookstore, designed by AC Martin Partners, Inc., of Los Angeles, California.

South Region High School No. 4
South Region High School No. 4 will consist of four small learning communities that include classrooms, science labs, and academy administration. School facilities shared by the small learning communities will include performing arts classrooms, a library, multi-purpose room, two gymnasiums, food service and lunch shelter, central administration, playfields, and underground parking.
Valley Region High School No. 4
This High school will consist of three learning communities that include classrooms, science labs, and academy administration. School facilities shared by the small learning communities will include performing arts classrooms, dance studios, library, multi-purpose room, gymnasium, food service and lunch shelter, central administration, and a multi-story parking garage.
